- Order Placement: Orders can be placed in-store during our operating hours. We unfortunately do not accept any online orders as our menu changes daily. For custom or large orders, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to guarantee availability (you may do this by email, or in store).
Refunds and Returns:
- Quality Guarantee: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to quality reasons, please notify us within 24 hours of pickup or purchase. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund upon verification.
- Cancellation Policy: Custom/large orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. For cancellations made within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
- Ingredient Information: While we strive to accommodate various dietary needs, please be aware that our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Feel free to inquire about specific ingredients used in our baked goods.
